A HOLE IN THE WALL! I love this place. If you love good food and simple service, this is a great place to come to. I also really enjoy the location of this place because you are able to watch the airplanes fly if you have a window seat if you're into that. Which means - DATE NIGHT FELLAS!
My boo and I came here as an invite and a suggestion from another one of our friends, Phil. It was super cool coming here because it is located on the second floor of the plaza and there is plenty of parking if you are worried about finding parking in the area. Parking can be located underground too if someone needs to find more parking, which is super cool.
Getting into their restaurant, it is also connected to the Royal Hall Banquet Rooms so it has a cool little lit up walkway to enter. We were greeted and seated right away which I always enjoy. The menu was huge and had plenty of variety. I always get skeptical of eating curry or Indian food because other places like Zen Curry and whatnot make their food in peanut oil and I have a peanut allergy. Luckily everything we ordered did not have peanuts in it and I appreciated that.
I ordered the Buttered Chicken with Naan and Rice and it was SOOO good. My other friends got chicken and some sort of hydra-shrimp. Also very good. Their sauces are very distinctive, which means each one has their own special taste and makes them unique. It is not all the same thing mixed in one. I really enjoyed coming here and knowing that I was being taken care of properly and my taste buds were too! I will be back again!
My favorite thing is the view. Pictures don't do it justice. The location was easy to fin, their is underground garage parking with elevator access. The restaurant is on the second floor. Exit the elevator and walk straight into the restaurant. The service was prompt and courteous. The food was very good. I tried the buffet, which was very good big next time I'll try offing from the menu.
I love coming here. Ambiance is simply spectacular. Not only is the food great and flavorful, but you get unbeatable views of the Las Vegas strip and the Harry Reid Airport. Service is very prompt and inviting. I will definitely be back!

I ordered the chicken tikka masala, and it was delectable; it offered a perfect balance of spices and sauce. The naan bread was soft, fresh, with spots of blackened charring that demonstrated authentic cooking techniques.
Overall Pure Indian Cuisine provided an outstanding dining experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the ambiance was intimate, and the food and drinks were equally sensational. As someone who loves Indian food, this restaurant ticked all the right boxes and exceeded my expectations.
